What makes Bagru printing special? Bagru printing is a traditional hand-block technique using natural dyes and wooden blocks. Unlike mass-produced prints, each piece at Bagruloom has character—slight variations in color and pattern are the hallmarks of an authentic, handcrafted garment.
How do I care for my Bagruloom ethnic wear? Since we use natural dyes and premium cotton, we recommend hand washing separately in cold water with a mild detergent for the first few washes. Avoid soaking and dry in the shade to maintain the vibrancy of the prints.
How do I find my correct size? Each product page features a detailed size guide. We design our kurta sets for a comfortable, contemporary fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed look.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order? Typically, orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your package is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we ship across India. We are working on bringing the beauty of Bagru to the rest of the world very soon!
Can I modify or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the tags are intact and the garment is unworn.
What if I receive a damaged product? While we perform strict quality checks, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo, and we will replace it immediately.
